To help us answer quickly
- Send from the email address you use to sign in to CounterRent.
- For a payment question, include the date of the charge. Please do not send card numbers; we never need them.
- For a problem with an analysis, include the address of the renewal and what you expected to see.
Common requests
- Refunds: see the refund policy, then email us.
- Deleting your account or data: email us from your account address. The privacy policy explains what is deleted and what must be kept.
- How the numbers are worked out: the methodology and FAQ answer most questions.
CounterRent cannot give legal advice or intervene with your landlord. For a question about your rights as a tenant, contact a local tenant organization, legal aid office or attorney.
